Where are the “men’s” and “women’s” apparel sections?
We aim to be an inclusive brand so all our garments are acceptable to wear for any and every kind of human and come in as wide a sizing range as possible!
What size should I get?
Our sizing chart can be found right here! Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Please measure and order carefully! Consider gifting ‘wrong sized’ orders to your ‘right sized’ friends!
I can’t order outside of the US?
Currently we are solely shipping inside the US, but we will be opening to the worldwide market soon!
How should I care for my garments to ensure longevity?
Printed apparel should be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. Apparel can be tumble-dried on a low heat cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out and don't iron the print.

How are your products made?
In an effort to not be wasteful, our products are made-to-order. We work with a top tier print-on-demand company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at figureitoutapparel@gmail.com
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
On average, you will receive your order about one to two weeks after placing your order. We appreciate your patience!
Problem with your order?

RETURNS
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges since our products are made-to-order, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at figureitoutapparel@gmail.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at figureitoutapparel@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at figureitoutapparel@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Wrong Address?
If the address you provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Failed To Deliver?
Unfortunately, we cannot cover items that have been failed to deliver on behalf of the courier services or your unfriendly neighborhood porch pirates. For packages officially deemed to be "lost in transit", all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
